We teach in English, French or Italian. Learn to make pasta by hand, bake bread & pizza, perfect your italian & french desserts or taste & pair olive oil.

We have a variety of classes to improve your cooking & kitchen skills in a relaxed 4-5 hour class with 1 to 6 students for concentrated learning.

Taste

Taste the variety Italy has to offer, enjoy the bespoke products we have chosen from local farmers & growers and reacquaint yourself with the aromas you find only in Italy.

All our preparations come from the 'comune' where they originated, we work only with traditional recipes, methods & techniques.

Care

We work with local farmers, millers, dairy producers & other organic suppliers as much as possible. We give back to the community of Amatrice through annual donations from our 4 Roman Pastas classes.

We are an Italian company that supports the regional economy & promotes traditional Italian food culture.
