A story that begins in the early 1900s
The history of Relais donna Lucrezia began with Cavaliere Italo Signorini, who in the early 1900s arrived in Rome and purchased the building on Via Veneto, which soon after became the Grande Albergo Flora, which still exists today. In the early 1920s, with the Albergo Flora in full swing, he decided to build the Palazzo where "Relais Donna Lucrezia" now stands, which was bequeathed to his seven children. At the end of the 1940s, Italo Signorini's granddaughter, Francesca, married Count Carlo Moroni, a descendant of an ancient and noble family of Bergamo, and lived in this house until 2011. Later, Count Alessio Moroni together with his wife Cristina and his children Lucrezia, Francesca and Alessandro decided to open his family home to guests, transforming it into the Relais donna Lucrezia.
